My bf and I signed up for a 10 in 3 months… I hate running but I need to build up my stamina.. any advice?

Try any cardio you can tolerate for longer periods of time - try stair master for 30 mins or something. Getting your heart rate up without feeling like you can’t breathe will help you run a little easier

Also just try running ! Run slow and comfortably for like 10 mins and see how far it gets you and work from there.

maybe you could try zumba too, it’s so heart racing and actually tiring 😭
