Does anyone have advice for a little chubbier girl who can’t seem to see any definition? I’m a student athlete in college and I can’t ever seem to see a difference.

I was a SA my first two years, and only felt like I was getting bigger. Try a small calorie deficit and keep ur normal routine. If you want to do more work/ more deficit go for it. You should slowly start to see a bit more definition over a few months. Progress like this is slow but with enoigh consistency it will be noticeable!!

You likely have lots of muscle but the higher body fat % makes it hard to see

At my peak (I’ve been busy and have gone downhill a bit rip) I had a good amount of progress from a 300 calorie deficit for about a year with a short week long break from it every three months. Along with that I had about 1g of protein per pound of my goal weight. Paired that with heavy lifts 4-5 times a week and cardio of some type everyday and saw good progress about a year in
