They’ve done studies the oxy shred is literally just pre-workout and the only benefits it has is the caffeine in it. So don’t waste your money on OXY shred. If you think it’s going to give you the fastest results you’re better off just getting any pre-workout and drinking electrolytes to make sure that you sweat.
