What can I do to feel motivated to work out again? I don’t have the equipment to do what I want to do and I’m not motivated at all. Nothing bout making plans or trying to manifest myself. It’s frustrating

lots of people aren’t motivated, we don’t always want to lock in the way we do. but if you have goals and things you want to achieve and you want them bad enough, you’ll work towards them. nothing will change if you don’t make a change. it’s up to you if you wanna see results and achieve your goals 🤷🏻‍♀️

I understand that and I am trying but I can’t help but stray away. I am nowhere near consistent, my schedule is a mess of three different jobs so it’s been difficult to force myself into a routine. I just need something to trick my brain into gym brain rather than tired brain.

start slow and do what you can around your schedule, maybe that’s starting with only one gym day a week. do your favorite exercises when you go, even if they’re in different muscle groups. don’t worry about how optimal it is or about going all in right from the start. start small, do things you enjoy and make the gym a part of your routine again.

it’s a lot harder to fit 3-4 days of gym into a busy routine all at once but if you start with one enjoyable day and then build from there as you acclimate and grow accustomed to it, it’ll become a part of your life and something that you’re able to manage and stick with. also do what works for you, I know some people hit the gym like 5-6x a week. that’s not really necessary. 3 times is fine, and if two days is all that works for you then that’s great too!

even if you can only manage one day a week, isn’t that already better than not going at all?
