Form honestly looks perfect.
Id recommend investing in some straps though. As you progress, your grip isn’t going to be able to keep up with your glutes

Is this supposed to be similar to an RDL? I ALWAYS struggle with my RDL form but this looks like a helpful way to target that muscle

Ur overall form looks fine, the only thing id say is mae sure u keep ur head all the down to maintain that neutral spine

Yes this is essentially an RDL, just using the belt squat. Great way to do them, makes form waaayy easier to maintain

A rounded upper back isn’t really a problem. It’s only an issue if the lower back is rounding

I didn’t mention anything about rounding lower or upper back I just said to maintain a neutral spine by keeping ur head down
