I feel like the stair master has just made a legs especially my calves huge but not in a lean looking way. i see all these girls online that go for an hour speed 8 so thats what ive been doing but im not seeing good results. any advice

A) nothing wrong with strong thighs and calves b) walking/ running can help tone your legs, stair master helps with muscle growth which is why you’re legs are getting stronger

Tbf if it’s not in a “lean looking way”, maybe it’s just you not being used to the look/ you don’t work your quads as much? Also fully in agreement that you should rlly just rock em anyways but aesthetically “lean” is just a lower bf% + muscle anyways
