It’s a lot of heavy weight lifting at a low rep, creatine and protein! I went to the gym 4-5 times a week, alternating between upper and lower body!

The only thing I noticed is I break out a bit because of it, I think it’s partly that and birth control that does it for me Pre workout and creatine help me, but it was an adjustment for sure when I first started You can always take a smaller dose so your body gets used to it:)

Try doing the heavier weights with low reps and changing the routine every 6 weeks, another thing I found is if you’re doing a bicep curl for example, when you go to put your arm down make that movement slower and controlled that when you initially lift the weight if that makes sense :)
