hey guys, i like to enjoy my food but i also want to be way fitter than i am rn. do i start eating chicken breasts and salad every day at the dining hall or can i still enjoy eating everything else they offer🙁

well if you wanna lose a little weight find a healthy calorie deficit(if not eat at maintenance), and eat at that. it can be whatever you want as long as it stays in the “limits”, just chicken and salad would get boring every day, plus balance is important to stay consistent! weight training and more movement will help you feel fitter as well! good luck!
