On a bike ride and all of a sudden I started feeling super lightheaded and my vision got spotty. I sat down and I’m feeling better but still a little weak. I’m confused because I bike around 100 miles a week. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Is it like warming up a lot where you are? It could just be the new heat and low blood sugar

Make sure you’re eating and drinking enough water before and after. bring some electrolytes and a snack with you if you can. The changing/warming weather could also be affecting it
