Does anyone have any tips on fat/weight loss? I have no idea where to start and I’m horribbleee with food! I can never find any healthy meals that look like they’ll be enjoyable + fill me up 😔 but I’m sure they’re out there!
eat high protein and stay in a calorie deficit. drink lots and lots of water. for me i feel more motivated to stick to my goals when i’ve had a really insane sweat, so don’t be afraid to sweat
