Everyone’s anatomy is a little bit different. If your uterus is more forward, it can protrude and look like a little pouch. 🫶 It’s perfectly normal and beautiful and just how your body should be!

The uterus isn’t big enough to cause the little belly area that some women have. When you’re not pregnant it’s way smaller than your fist. To my knowledge, it’s due to how women’s bodies tend to store fat, and other organs may have some impact on that area but for sure not your uterus. Your uterus is behind your bladder, so if anything your bladder is contributing to that pouch area. I think it’s really hard to slim down tho no matter what body type or genetics you have. It’s normal to have!
