Helllppp pls!! Recently started going to the gym more frequently (6x a week), what’s a good schedule to target separate muscle groups? Do you do the same amount of cardio? If so which machines/exercises? Any advice appreciated!!!

I do a push/pull/legs split x2 so it hits every muscle twice a week (the sweet spot). There are a lot of good YouTube videos on sample ppl splits. I personally like Jeff Nippards videos a lot. I also sometimes end sessions with stair master for cardio but it’s never been a big priority for me
