how do you get into the habit of not comparing your progress to others? been in the gym 6x a week for over ~2 months and deficit but seeing some people with crazy progress in a little amount of time on social media 😭 having bad body dysmorphia help…
lets keep in mind social media is all posing, lighting, and the very best version of themselves… dont compare yourself to that

Tbh, get a trainer if you can. Takes out the personal responsibility aspect of it, you just get to train and stop worrying

Yeah, I’d say delete social media for a bit. That’s what I did when my body dysmorphia got bad and it really really helped me!

Someone will always be stronger or leaner than you. Everyone’s body, genetics, and journey are different. Just be a little better than your last month’s self, focus on what your body can do rather than what you look like.
