Accidentally sunburned my back and shoulders BAAAD. I didn’t go to the gym today but wanted some ideas for exercises I can do that won’t exacerbate my back/neck tomorrow. I usually start out with split squats at a rack, but naturally that’ll hurt :(
Honestly just ended up powering through my usual for one day and taking two rest days. It’s feeling lots better today and it’s no longer inflamed, so my sleep needs should be normal again. It doesn’t hurt anymore! :)
