depends how hard you train. if you train hard you need more time, sometimes 2-3 minutes. if you aren’t exerting yourself much you need less time

i saw a study that said 3 minute rest increased muscle growth. if you have time for that

If you are really pushing yourself, I usually do 90-120 seconds.

Depends. What is your goal?

Wait you’re supposed to rest longer than 30 seconds? Why?

Let your body recover more. Gets you more reps in your later sets. You need to be pushing to failure though.

So I don’t just do 4-5 sets? I just keep going til my arms or legs give out?

I usually do 3 sets for each exercise. Once I’m hitting 12ish reps, I know it’s time to go up in weight. But yeah each set should go until you can’t get anymore reps. Then rest for 90-120 seconds, then go again until you can’t.

Do I do specific days for arms and legs or is it okay that I’m doing both of them three time a week

I do 4 days a week, two for upper body, two for lower body

yup because you’re more rested so you can lift heavier with cleaner reps in following sets than if you rest less! but that also really only matters if you’re lifting heavy and actually exerting yourself.
