Ok I need tips from a running girlie. Iโ€™m trying to add running a few times weekly to my weightloss plan, but I am chaffing so badly I can barely keep going. Anyone have clothing recs or life hacks to avoid this?๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Bike shorts or shorts with them underneath are a lifesaver!! I also like to use deodorant in the places where Iโ€™m most likely to have chaffing. I also like to wear athletic t shirts to avoid my arms chaffing too.
