be positive instead of negative. you are taking care of yourself, you're investing in your long-term health, you're getting hotter than you already are, that kinda thing

show up. not being harsh but we gotta learn that we can have these feelings of not wanting to go, anxiety, you name it, AND still show up. our thoughts are not always trustworthy and being able to take a step back away from the negative thoughts you’re having is what will build that discipline and consistency!!

Girl I felt that, I’ve been going on walks and trynna do 10k steps a day. Headphones and a podcast, Or I’ll ask a friend to go on a walk with me

someone already touched on this, but it genuinely a privilege to be able to take care of ourself and our body whether that be going to the gym, being active outside, eating clean, etc. reframe the gym to be a privilege and a method of optimizing the resources we are given!
