Single leg dumbell glute bridge with a 5 second hold at the top for each rep!!! Do like 5-8 reps. Superset it with kettlebell rdls 8-12 reps and it’s *chefs kiss*

Lunges. Lean forward and do wider step to target glutes more but they give results better than hip trusts over (or any exercise) truly for me
