How do i keep my protein up if i barely eat in general

honestly while i was playing 2 sports at regional levels (very active training for hours every day) all i would eat were nuts and fruit (i also am extremely picky might have arfid ngl) and i was EXTEMELY shredded so honestly just eat nuts dw abt getting a lot of protein, u get some from nuts anyways

Fairlife chocolate protein shakes are my best hack. 30g of protein for only 150 calories and tastes amazing. It’s also all clean ingredients

Do your best to eat more and structure actual meals at least twice a day built around protein

to add onto this, their core power shakes have 42g for about 230 calories i believe

They don’t taste as good though, so for someone who is already struggling to eat I think the original is probably better
