Calorie deficit w/ volume eating so u dont feel famished! Remember its ok to enjoy sweet treats and snacks in moderation. go on walks to keep ur body moving or just dance videos!

losing weight is all about being in a calorie deficit. exercise is great for your physical and mental health but the kitchen is where weight loss happens.
