Per week or day? Per week is fine, I would recommend cutting down if it’s per day as you risk getting burnt out

Yes ma’am💔 30 minutes of cardio per day is probably enough (not sure what your goals are) but I love the ambition !!

In one day def might be a lot. Just make sure you’re giving yourself enough time to rest. Probably shouldn’t do all of that every day, maybe a few days a week or split it up between days
