
make sure you’re eating enough!! from experience, not eating enough will cause binging behaviors bc your body senses danger. if you actually need to be in a deficit (ie if you don’t have any type of ed) you could slowly put yourself in a deficit. for example, if your maintenance is 2000 calories, start with eating 1950 for a week. then 1900 for a week, then 1850 for a week and so on. be safe and fuel your body!!!
As someone who will 100% want to binge all day unless there’s some medication turning off the food noise, staying busy is huge. I don’t feel like my binging is attached to being bored but when I’m doing nothing I will binge all day. I can’t work from home but keeping a busy schedule makes it so I’m too tired at night and then I only really worry about getting through the weekends
