Hella water. Fermented foods are good but giving them this much credit is pseudoscience, as is the concept of a “clean guy”

You know I just started taking a spoonful of sauerkraut as the first thing I ingest and it has stopped my bloating throughout the day and helps load with good probiotics

You can’t really “clean” your gut, you’re gut microbiome is made of so much complex good and bad bacteria

*gut. Coffee/caffeine will make you shit which “cleans out your gut” I suppose. Fiber is also good.
