
I’ve been prioritizing low cal high protein meals/snacks since the beginning of this year. My favorite recipes use ground turkey- it’s so high in protein and since it’s fairly bland you can make it into whatever you want with seasoning and add ons. Taco bowls, burger bowls, protein pasta, or just straight up turkey and your choice of veggies for volume
No problem! I know it sounds crazy but I’ve found it’s way easier to get recipes for all those things through Pinterest of all places. I usually just tweak them to my liking but it’s definitely way easier than trying to sort through all the different influencers on ig and tiktok lol
