does anyone have tips for getting over binge eating?

Don’t worry about tomorrow or “how am I going to stay strong all week and forever?” Just focus on today. your energy will reset the next day.

be very very mindful when you are eating, like no distractions (youtube, tv etc) let go of your attachment to how eating effects your weight/body etc and remind yourself that getting better (aka eating normally) is the only way through, and there’s nothing you can do about your weight except what you are already doing

mine is prioritizing other aspects of my life. it’s forced for me since i have to overlook a big meal for a smaller one since i’m broke. but try to think of why you want to lose this habit and how to prevent yourself from being so hungry to binge.

also put everything you eat into a plate/bowl whatever, don’t eat anything out of it’s original packaging!! it feels dumb but it seriously helps with mindset

binging happens for me after trying to eat smaller portions to be healthy. don’t do that. try to be intentional with the ingredients of the food you eat. so add in more fiber and good sustainable macros into meals to make them filling.
