I need help I’ve been on a cut for like 5 weeks now and I feel like I’ve barely noticed a difference plus I workout 4-5 days a week. Am I being impatient with results or am I genuinely doing something wrong.

some people just take longer to lose fat (i take really long too) but if it’s feasible for you, i would try cutting out/limiting either dairy or gluten because sometimes those things can cause really bad bloating and you don’t even know you’re bloated. i also started taking digestive aids and that doubled my weight loss so i hope this helps 😘

You’re most likely not counting little things. Like oil you add to dinner or sugar you add to coffee or a sweet treat. Everything adds up you got this 😊
