Yes, I use a single 15 lb weight for a few home workouts: Bulgarian split squats, dead bugs, Russian twists, overhead shoulder presses

i did a lot of bodyweight exercises when i didn’t have any equipment, push ups(modified to start then built up), leg raises, squats, jump rope/high knees, plank, i would use water bottles for chest press/rows/lateral raises
