yes! it actually helps with bloating and releases endorphins and i don’t feel as shitty. my only recommendation would be to opt for a tampon instead of a pad

yes, but I try to line it up where the rest days from a heavy day fall on the beginning of the period.

Yes! Ironically it actually temporarily relieves cramping and other discomfort and energizes me a bit
