i stopped forcing protein so much, stopped bars and powders, and i feel 10x less puffy and just overall lighter. i’m definitely not getting as much protein but still more than enough to build/ sustain muscle. highly recommend

Agreed!! So much of the advice online tells you to overdo it especially if you’re a woman.

exactly! same with the whole fiber thing. i pushed that and it just made me feel like shit. now i try to balance both and not worry too much. 70-100 grams is more than enough

yeah absolutely!! I just try to make sure my meals include some fiber and protein when I’m already hungry, but I am not gonna stuff myself full of red meat and protein shakes just to hit a certain number, that makes me feel like shit
