ummm so i’m new to the gym and whenever i do db curls my wrist really hurts (usually only my left wrist) and it still hurts even when i go down in weight.
can someone tell me what i could be doing wrong or how to stop that from happening?
Okay this might be insane but I pretend I’m a Lego with Lego hands and really focus on using my muscles instead of the joint and bend in my hands. It works!

Are you doing curls together or isolated? Being new you may wanna try some iso exercises if you feel imbalanced. Work on your form before lifting heavier. Squeeze at the bicep, not the wrist.
