
basically I have been lifting for like 2 years now and I have noticed visible differences in my muscles. my favorite lift is bench. unfortunately I now hate the way my pecs look in strapless and strappy dresses because they kind of stick out a little weird. my wedding is in December and I’m wearing a strapless dress. is there ANY way to make my pecs a little smaller without sacrificing muscle all over? I’m prob cutting chest exercises from my split but anything else?
