Calorie deficit. Don’t restrict what you eat but how much. Give yourself cheat days (ex. Birthday, holiday) but 99% of the time you stay disciplined and eat below your maintenance

-20k+ steps (walk everywhere)
- 40+ mins of cardio everyday plus an hour an rest days
-focus on protein
-high volume low cal food
-count calories (to the tea)
-only take stairs
This is the formula I followed to eat 2300+ calories at 4’10

Stay away from carbs like French fries, potato’s, anything with breading, and eat more protein and slightly more fats and make sure you are working out, going for a run a few times a week will do good

Start learning how many calories are in the foods you like! Prioritize the lower calorie ones but still eat what you enjoy. Makes you more aware:)

*stay away from unhealthy carbs. Don’t cut carbs out in general please and keep macros/ micronutrients balanced
