Found out I have PCOS. Do any girls who have this have any advice? Looking for meal ideas or just life style things since I have to change a lot of my habits to manage PCOS

would recommend working w a dietiatin covered by your insurance (i use the app Nourish for this:) )

Start walking 5k a day and work up to 10k a day. I started buying gluten free cook books because gluten was my bloating issue and my migraine issue. ( I eat 50/50 most days though cause it gets crazy expensive. It also limited a huge majority of food so I took pretty hard mentally my first year)
