I cook once per week. over the weekend I make all my food for the week and put half in the fridge, half in the freezer. then it’s super easy to pack lunches for work and have dinner ready when I get home

I par boil diced potatoes so they cook faster in an air fryer and I don’t have to wash n cut them. I pan fry chicken and change the seasoning type every week so I don’t get tired of the flavor. Low moisture cheese, rice (rice cooker!), prep cilantro and freeze + lime on the rice. goodles for when I want pasta + prepped chicken. I boil/pan fry broccoli, bok choy, or (garlic) spinach. yogurt + frozen fruit. chia pudding is also easy to batch up. ground beef also gets added into the mix!
