erm does anyone here take creatine? i feel like maybe i should try but i feel like it’s for bodybuilders and im just an average gym girl wanting to build more muscle mass 😭

i just started taking it about two weeks ago for the better recovery aspect, i’m very much an average gym girlie, so far so good, do what makes you feel good. creatine will 100% help build more visible muscles but you should also make sure you’re hitting good protein goals

i’ve heard when you first start creatine it can make you feel bloated, has that been your experience or do you feel okay?

i was definitely bloated for the first week or so, also had some slight abdominal pain but that could’ve been from me sitting weird on my motorcycle, regardless, both things went away after my loading phase and now my muscles look bigger
