short women (5’4 and under) i must know what’s works better to lean out i hear so many things?
a) extreme deficit w training & cardio
b) mild deficit + protein w training & cardio
mild for sure, extreme is just so hard on hormones and you can make a mild deficit work a little more efficiently with bumping up daily step count

definitely mild, if anything increase your cardio a bit more than you originally were. but mild will make it a whole lot easier to maintain once you lean out

Mild for sureee and don’t overdo the cardio! Focus most on strength training to preserve muscle mass! 20-30 minutes of low intensity cardio per day is fine and prioritize proteinnn!
