
I honestly just spam watch a bunch of TikTok’s and YouTube videos. There are a couple of YouTubers I rlly like that give beneficial information that are based off of scientific studies. Look up Jeff nippard, dr.mike, Jeremy Ethier, and dr. Stacy sims. These are just suggestions. These are the people that I like to watch and that give really good input about fitness using scientific studies and differ mechanisms in order to test out certain criteria’s and fitness goals.
