Invest in some of your own equipment if you don't already have some, stay consistent, and be conscious of protein and calorie intake

Find a video on YouTube you really like and stay consistent with it. Remember to take it with grain of salt not everyone body builds muscle the same or even loses weight the same. It takes time. You can also get step count up (10k is the recommended daily steps. You can start with 5k)

Glute workouts on YouTube, buy some dumbbells to help speed the process up wayyyy more, and for a flatter tummy the only thing you can do is be in a calorie deficit!! Add some core too
