I gained so much weight from the first 2 years of med school. I feel like complete garbage and don’t even know where to start atp. Sigh

i find it best to start with adding rather than subtracting, that way it’s easier to keep up and you don’t quit after like a week. personally I feel like shit when I’m not eating vegetables so the first thing I do is just add a serving or two of veggies a day

Don’t even fret babes. I stopped working out halfway into my first semester and didn’t start until my last semester was pretty much done. I’ve been working out consistently for like a month now and I’m already bouncing back. Don’t tell yourself you’ll start tomorrow or the next day. Start now. And don’t overthink it. Get back to the basics. Fuck the amount of weight and number of exercises. Stick to four compound movements, make a schedule, go until failure, and stick with it. You got this! 🩷
