
There are certain foods I just cannot have in the house. I found I can do junk food if it’s pre portioned, like a pack of cookies or chips, but if it’s a huge bag of chips or an entire pack of cookies I cannot have that around. Cool whip? Forget it I will eat it all. Beef jerky or other pre-cooked meats ready to eat like a rotisserie chicken? Cannot do that either I’ll just go back for bite after bite. But, similar foods kept in my freezer so I’m forced to cook in order to eat keeps me in line
