In the space of 1 year I gained 46pounds even while watching my diet. I’m actually gonna start the gym again for the 1st time in 2 years but don’t know where to start (had a friend coach me previously).Any routine or YouTube channel suggestions?

this is my goal too! lot of weight gain in short time, trying to cut down a lot. my method is going into a cal deficit with various maintenance days (more food=more gym) strength training but balancing with cardio, making sure I drink a TON of water, getting good sleep, and even when I am worn out I try to get some kind of movement in every day
