As a tall girl, it’s frustrating not seeing any gym gains. Y’all got any suggestions? I started getting serious (gym ~4 days a week) about it at the beginning of the year
EAT!!!! Progressive overload. Those weights should be going up. Patience... 🥲Also CREATINE!!! It has made a huge difference for me.

im in the exact same boat. im just bulking now cuz I think even with beginner gains as a tall girl they won’t show super well if you’re maintaining/cutting
