Is it bad if i skip cardio and prioritize strength training? I used to do cardio every workout and i got so burnt-out i stopped wanting to even go to the gym

ofc - honestly my philosophy is to do whatever can keep you motivated to stay consistent with small steps and also depends on your goals! my goal is to build strength + muscle, and the only way to do that is by weightlifting! if you were trying to burn fat and improve cardiovascular health, cardio can help a bit; otherwise main priority is strength training and diet as the biggest difference imo. i used to do 40-1hr of cardio every session, but now i only do it on rest days lol

Hit cardio on rest days than. It’s good for endurance and plus you can eat more
