How long did it take for you to see results at the gym? I’ve been going for over a month now, 3x a week (gym is far, gas is expensive), and barely see any changes. I’m also pretty impatient, but I’m just curious on when you guys started to see changes :)

It takes a few months of consistent work, and diet is really important too. I think it took me around 6 months to start noticing the definition in my back & arms, but it would’ve been faster if I hadn’t been eating poorly for the first few months

It’s hard to say, when I’m working on my diet definitely only a month but otherwise I just feel mentally and physically better

Dieting helps but also make sure ur workouts are good I worked out for a year and saw little progress but when I changed up my routine I saw a lot more improvement

It really depends on your goal. Mine was to increase muscle mass (not just time) so I kind of saw mine quickly like in a month or so. Diet is important, depending on what your goal is maybe you shouldn’t be doing low carb since carbs are a wonderful source of short term energy. If your looking to improve cardio, carbs are especially important.

The low carb part was recommended by my nutritionist and doctor because of my health problems, I do still eat some carbs tho :)
