i honestly regret stepping on the scale. i thought my goal was to lose weight, fat in my stomach and gain in my butt. started at 150 a few months ago. i’m doing exactly as my goal but somehow i now weigh 167. but it doesn’t look like that at all.
if i look in the mirror it looks like im back at 140

yea. i think im just too focused on my BMI getting higher instead of lower bc technically for my height im on the brink of obesity, but that’s not how it looks at all

if you feel and look healthy, i think that’s all that matters. you’ll eventually get to that weight and goal you want after a while
