creatine is the longest studied and proven supplement on the market. I have been in the gym for a decade now and I highly recommend. It’s good to note that you have to drink a lot of water with it for it to work, and some people are better responders than others.

There is 100% benefits to creatine if you research it. Some don’t like it as much as others though and everyone reacts differently

had a physiology professor in undergrad breakdown that there’s no benefit to creatine. and for preworkout i just stretch and go like

yeah if you’re getting enough vitamins and minerals through your food you don’t really need preworkout & I already battle with bloating I don’t think I could handle the water retention from creatine😭
