Can yall give me a workout plan to get better at pushups i can only do knee pushups but i need to do normal ones

bench. if you can't bench the bar, use dumbbells. go to failure. do this two to three times a week and in a few months you'll be set

1. Slowly go down (8secs) and hold 5 sec on at the down position then drop | repeat 8x then do slow knee pushups til failure 2. Lay down, push up with proper form (can use knees after trying to do 10) | repeat 10x then do slow knee pushups til failure *Slow knee pushups: 10 sec descend, 5 sec hold, 10 sec ascend Doing these every morning and night Tips: Learn proper form (use YT) and make sure hands are spread open to distribute weight all across the hand! gl

also make sure your form is good. it may help to have your hands slightly outside of shoulder width. your arms should be angled, not tight to your body or flared out at a 90 degree angle
