… where ur moving laterally essentially. Compound movements should be first because they should be ur heaviest one, and go from there. I would also highly encourage u to include a cardio day in one of those three days, a very important muscle everyon forgets ab id the heart, make sure ur getting ur heart rate up for an extended period of time at least once a week.
