Chicken or tuna salad. I do a can of either one, anywhere from 50-90g of cottage cheese, red wine vinegar, whole seed mustard, chopped celery, sometimes shredded lettuce, lemon pepper seasoning, and extra freshly cracked pepper. Serve up with a slice or two of bread for some carbs and you got a pretty sizable meal for around 360 calories 45g of protein. Calories are lower if you use tuna and only 1 slice of bread

And also BURGERS! They can be super low calorie with lean meat and sugar free sauces. Velveeta slices are also only 40 calories a slice. I've been on a smash burger kick where I make 2 thin patties, 2 slices of velveeta, onions, jalepenos, sugar free BBQ, and keto or thin sliced bread. Only about 350 calories for the burger and I'll usually make some baked fries to go along with it. Total my burgers never really exceed 550 calories including the potato

I will say 93/7 beef is so much better than 96/4 and itโ€™s only like 20 or 30 calories more. Totally worth it to get the 93/7
