Hey so, GLP1’s are for those who couldn’t lose no matter what they did, and they’re not a “cheat code”. You actually have to work out and eat clean for them to work or you’ll just feel like shit. It’s not lazy. At least they’re doing something.

it’s not even for that. It’s for insulin resistance, that’s their original purpose. Weightloss was a side effect, unironically

You don’t need to work out for GLP-1’s to work. They reduce appetite, that’s all they do. That’s coincidentally all you need to loose weight.

For them to work effectively and efficiently yes you do. It will mess with your muscle mass if you don’t do anything with it, and will make you extremely unhealthy.

Don’t spread misinformation. GLP-1’s are appetite reducers. That is the only thing they do. They will not mess with your muscle mass. Look up the hundreds of studies on this exact topic.

I’m on a GLP1.. Lol. My point was you’ll feel like shit if you don’t do the right things while you’re on it. I was told, by my provider mind you, that you have to actually do stuff for it to work EFFECTIVELY. Because if you don’t you’ll just go right back to where you started. Thanks luv ❤️

Half my family is on ozempic… no shit they don’t work once you come off of it. It’s an appetite reducer. Your appetite will come right back when you go off of it. You need to keep counting calories if you want your weight to stay. You don’t need to exercise, tho, that’s a myth. Just look it up.

until your body catches up and the calorie deficit you were sitting at doesn’t work anymore…

Luckily, that’s not how it works. Your body can’t get “used” to a caloric deficit like that. Please just google stuff before you post.
